Week of 12/4 - 12/10

Sunday I was not feeling great...  So, I took it easy and studied my sides for my audition.

Monday morning started with an Audition for the new Rob Schneider sitcom !ROB! The audition was with Marcia Ross, and what a sweetheart she was.  Her whole office was just so pleasant. Thanks ladies!

Tuesday and I'm still sick with a sore throat... Rehearsed Tartuffe with my scene partner for our Wednesday night class...I will get this TEXT IN MY HEAD!!! :-)

Wednesday I rested all day then went to my Steppenwolf West Scene Study Class...Well, the lines were there, but it still needs work, I've got some stage habits I'm really trying to conquer!!  Shannon Cochran is an amazing teacher.  I love studying with her.  I feel like I am growing so much as an actor, but she may need to actually beat my bad habits right out of me! :-)

Thursday I got to reprise my role as Terry in the two-episode Season Finale of Good Job, Thanks! It should be really funny stuff.  All the assistants return and whackiness ensues!!!  Tomorrow will bring some GREAT guest stars to the GJT team...

Friday we shot the rest of the Good Job, Thanks! Season 1 Finale :-) With the incredible...Wait for it....Mo Gaffney, Sandy Martin, Michael Fishman, and Tere Joyce.  Who were all just a complete pleasure, personally and professionally.  I couldn't have thought of a way to spend a more pleasant Friday!  Have I mentioned that I love my life?

Saturday and my hubby Alex had to work today :-( We thought he'd be done by 3 and we were going to swing by the Bohemia Open House (My Management) but now he's not getting out until 6pm ugh!  So, I'll be going by the Bohemia Office on Monday afternoon, and I'll bring my Santa's Sled with me to spread some Holiday cheer! :-)

That was my week...

Week of 11/27 - 12/3

This very busy week started off with a Sunday production meeting for Good Job, Thanks!  Which will be shooting the 2 part Season 1 finale on Dec 8 & 9, followed Monday by a fun AMW audition.

Tuesday I attended a SAG CAP Workshop with Donna Morong who is SO insightful and down right nice.  I had a definite AH HA! moment in that workshop...THANKS DONNA!

Wednesday I had my Steppenwolf Scene Study class where I butchered Tartuffe :-) I've had a lot of auditions lately and have put learning those lines ahead of my scene study lines; which of course is HORRIBLY unfair to my lovely scene partner.  We have one more shot next Wed night, I'm determined to be solid by then!

Thursday I had my first REAL commercial audition this year...Wow, almost went the whole year without one.  It was a pretty tough one too.  I thought I was just auditioning for a Tylenol commercial, turned out to be a panel (a la the View/The Talk) so there were 4 pages of sides to cold read YAY!  and then they asked me to do the Nutragena (SP?) spot as well, which was another 6 pages of sides.  If I could give myself a note to take away from that audition it would be to BREATH when reading that much copy :-)

Friday I got notice of an Audition for Monday for the Rob Schneider show iRob! I will be coaching my role with my awesome manager Ryan Glasgow today (Saturday) @ 3pm!

That was my week~
